FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about how the site works.
What is RVSKVV Notes?
RVSKVV Notes is a free study hub for agriculture students. It brings semester-wise syllabus, notes, e-books, quizzes and mock tests together so you can find what you need in a couple of clicks.
Is everything free?
Yes. Browsing the syllabus, taking quizzes and using the quick-revision tables does not require payment or an account.
Which course is covered?
B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture. Every semester from the first to the eighth is mapped subject by subject, plus the Skill Courses basket that follows Semester VIII.
Is the syllabus on this site official?
No. The subject lists follow the ICAR Dean Committee structure that agriculture universities adopt, but each university, including RVSKVV, Gwalior, can change its scheme. Always confirm the current syllabus with your department or the university website.
How do I find notes for a subject?
Open Notes and pick your semester. Every subject of that semester is listed with the notes available for it, grouped into Hindi and English. If a subject shows nothing yet, it is still being added.
Are the notes in Hindi or English?
Both, wherever we have them. Each subject lists its Hindi and English files in separate groups, so you can pick the medium you study in. The Library page also has a language filter.
How are the quizzes made?
Quiz questions are generated from the quick-revision tables on the Resources pages. Every attempt shuffles the questions and answer options, so you can repeat a topic as often as you like.
Do the mock tests match the real exams?
They are practice sets for general agriculture knowledge and timing. They do not copy any official paper, so use them alongside the official syllabus and previous-year papers.
I found a mistake. How do I report it?
Write to [email protected] with the page link and the correction. Fixes for factual errors are prioritised.
Can I share my own notes?
Yes. See the Contribute page for how to send notes, and what we look for in a submission.
