ICAR ASRB NET application checklist

1. Read the official notification. It states eligibility, subject list, scheme and important dates. Download it and keep a copy.
2. Confirm your eligibility. Check the qualification and any age or category rules against your own documents before you pay a fee.
3. Choose your subject carefully. Pick the discipline that matches your postgraduate specialisation and note its subject code.
4. Prepare your documents. Keep scanned copies of your photo, signature, mark sheets and category certificate in the required sizes and formats.
5. Submit before the last day. Portals slow down near deadlines. Aim to complete the form at least two days early.
6. Save every confirmation. Download the confirmation page and payment receipt. You may need them for corrections or the admit card.
7. Check the admit card. Verify your name, subject, centre and reporting time as soon as it is released.
